Cariloop is a company that provides professional healthcare coaching services to those who are looking after a loved one. This service is offered to employees as part of their company free benefits, but employees weren’t signing up.

Discovery through empathy map and organize them into themes.

Caregiviers struggle because they have loved ones who need care support but the systems they need to navigate are too complex to feel confident making care decisions on behalf of their loved ones.

We believe that providing HR Teams periodic, easy-to-use email templates and sending employees reminders about the available resources will help to promote a care culture and normalize the stigma associated with asking or looking for care help for Caregiver’s loved ones.

Care Coach 1:1

Who, What, Wow:

We believe that providing potential caregiver employees an opportunity to connect with a Care Coach to discuss the Caregiver’s needs prior to full enrollment will build trust and ensure them of a good fit.

"Loop Me In" Forum

Who, What, Wow:

We believe that providing the Cariloop Caregiver Community a care forum where they can share their experiences, challenges and stories will help to promote a strong virtual support group where potential members can learn more about the benefits and experience of Cariloop prior to their full enrollment.
